Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using **cafevoisinlh.com** ("Website") and booking table reservations, workspaces, or classes at **Café Voisin Kuala Lumpur**, operated by **Cafe Voisin Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.** ("we", "us", "our").
1. General Agreement
By accessing this Website, reserving spaces, or purchasing membership passes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Website and our services.
2. Table Reservations & Events
- Table reservations are subject to availability. Regular dining and coffee tables are mostly walk-in based unless reserved online for business meetings or groups.
- Inquiry submissions on our contact form do not constitute a guaranteed reservation until explicitly confirmed by Morgane or Quentin via email or phone.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations in cases of private corporate hires, public holidays, or unforeseen maintenance in the Bangsar café premises.
3. Co-Working Club & Workspace Rules
- Co-working members are expected to maintain professional conduct, keep noise levels within reasonable limits, and respect other remote workers.
- Workspace seats, fiber Wi-Fi, and power outlets are provided "as is". We are not responsible for software issues, network speed variations, or loss of client data.
- Unlimited Sabah batch brew filter coffee is for personal consumption by the active pass holder only and cannot be shared.
4. Barista Masterclasses
Barista masterclasses are hands-on training courses. The fee (RM 350) covers all raw coffee beans, milk, and material costs. Class bookings are strictly subject to our cancellation and refund policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cafe Voisin Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of items, or personal injuries occurring within the physical coffee shop or co-working space, except where required under Malaysian common law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
